Feasibility Studies
ERCS Feasibility Studies offer clients with a detailed analysis of a company and its operations in order to evaluate the expected results of a specific future course of action

The main objective of a feasibility study is to determine whether a certain plan of action is feasible—that is, whether or not it will work, and whether or not it is worth doing economically.

ERCS feasibility studies provide clients with objective information to evaluate existing services and strengths. The feasibility study will assist clients to accurately anticipate what will and will not work in different situations. Clients will be able to determine what resources are essential and gain an understanding of how to draw on their strengths.

ERCS has carried out a number of feasibility studies of EU funded projects in accordance with EU guidelines. The carrying out of such feasibility studies is required by the European Commission and specific guidelines and methodologies need to be followed.
