Feasibility Study for The Birkirkara–Msida Storm Water Tunnels Project
The objectives of the study were to evaluate and quantify the financial and economic impact that can be derived from the Control of Flash Floods in B'Kara / Msida Catchment Areas and to analyse whether such an investment is feasible, particularly on economic grounds.

This was a recent project prepared for the Services Division within the Ministry of Resources and Infrastructure. It assessed the financial and economic feasibility of the project design prepared by the Services Division. The report explained in some detail the welfare benefits to society that will result from implementing such a project and sought to quantify all the relevant costs and benefits. The report will be presented to the relevant authorities, together with other relevant documentation, in the evaluation process of the application for EU funding.
