Evaluation provides information to help improve the project. Information on whether goals are being met and on how different aspects of a project are working are essential to a continuous improvement process. In addition, and equally important, evaluation frequently provides new insights or new information that was not anticipated. ERCS posesses a thorough knowledge of EU evaluation procedures and methodologies. The European Commission requires ex-ante, on-going and ex-post evaluations of all EU funded projects and programmes. ERCS has been involved in the evaluation of projects funded by the Pre-Accession Programme, the Transition Facility programme and the Equal Programme.
